Hospice of Central Michigan 
Hospice provides support group services to clients, caregivers, family members, and others who have experienced a loss.
This group is available to anyone taking care of a person of any age, with any illness, for any reason, who needs minimum or maximum care. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at our office, located at 401 S. Main St. in Mount Pleasant. For more information, please contact Martha Riggs at (989) 773-6137.
The death of a baby can seem like the end of the world, but Hospice of Central Michigan can help. Tender Hearts Infant Loss Support Group can provide individual or group counseling for stillborn, miscarriage, abortion, SIDS, or accidental infant death. The staff and volunteers at Hospice of Central Michigan are always available to speak to your church, class, civic group, or club about Hospice and the many services that we provide to the community. If you would like a Hospice staff member to speak to your group or organization, please contact us (this service is free to the public).
All services are available in Isabella, Mecosta, Gratiot, Midland, and Clare counties. All services are free of charge.
