Hospice of Central Michigan, in partnership with our friends in the community, offers several community support services, such as grief counseling, support groups, and caregiver support informational sessions.
Community Bereavement Center

Caregiver Support
We at HCM understand the special physical and emotional needs of caregivers and the stress and anxiety produced by their unique situation.
