Hospice of Central Michigan 
Hospice provides physical, emotional and spiritual care for families facing a terminal illness. Hospice emphasizes comfort, rather than cure, so that the patient and family may live their remaining time together to the fullest, according to their own wishes.
We are a private, non-profit organization serving Isabella and surrounding areas of Gratiot, Midland, Clare, Mecosta and Montcalm counties
The mission of Hospice of Central Michigan, Inc. is to provide high quality, dignified, compassionate, end of life care to people with terminal illness; to promote the long term emotional, spiritual and physical well being of caregivers and survivors; to provide expertise in palliative, supportive and bereavement care to professionals as well as the community at large.
